Appointment Guidelines and Terms

• My address is 1st Floor, 2 Croft Stairs, City Road, NE1 2HG.
  Closest carparks are Manors or the Quayside multistorey. You can't park in our private car park - sorry!
  Come to the main door and press the No.2 buzzer and I'll let you in. Head left and up the stairs, you'll hear me before you see me.
• Please come to your appointment alone, I hate having an audience. Kids coming in for their haircut should be accompanied by an adult. I'm not a babysitter.
• Please make sure your hair is freshly washed before your appointment and free of any styling products.
• Please be on time for your appointment - not too early and certainly not late. If you are late for your appointment I may not be able to accommodate you.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time you will be charged 50% of the cost of your service. If you cancel on the same day of your appointment, or after 5pm the day before, you will have to pay for your service in full.
  You will not be able to rebook until you have paid these charges.
• All payments should be made via bank transfer or cash.

• If you feel unwell in general or if you legit have Covid PLEASE do not come in, I’ll catch you in a week when you’re feeling better. If you turn up showing any symptoms of illness your appointment will be cancelled but you will still be charged.
• I don't wear a mask anymore (unless I feel unwell) but if it would make you feel more comfortable then I am happy to wear one.
• I have CCTV recording constantly for your safety and mine. If you have an issue with this please let me know.
• I like to go on holiday as much as humanly possible. All dates of my scheduled time off are posted on my socials. If you get in touch and dont get an answer during regular working hours, I'm probably on holiday.
• And finally, if you're a new customer who is nervous please don't worry! You have my 100% bonafide OCD guarantee that I will be anxious about cutting your hair, so we can get through it together!
